Continuing Care at Greenwood Village South gives you a secure plan for your future. As a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), you pay a one-time entrance fee and you are assured you have lifetime access to every range of health care-should it ever become necessary-even if your needs do change. Our residents feel good knowing they have independent living in our beautiful cottage homes or apartments, assisted living in an apartment, skilled nursing, and on-campus recuperative care should they ever need it. All of which makes Greenwood Village South a true value for retirement living-and sets us apart from other communities.

Once you qualify for residency at Greenwood Village South and move to the community, a significant benefit is the peace of mind that comes knowing the community operates as a charitable organization. As such, should an unforeseen event occur that affects your ability to pay, residency at the community under the Continuing Care concept provides that assistance would be granted as outlined in the Residency Agreement.
