Employee of the Month-July 2026: Tim Roberson-Construction Coordinator
Tim Roberson joined the Greenwood Village South team on September 8, 2020, and has continued to demonstrate a genuine heart for serving our residents.
Recently, Tim noticed a resident outside who appeared to be struggling and immediately recognized that she may need assistance. He quickly responded and remained with her until additional help arrived, providing reassurance and support during what could have been a very frightening experience. His awareness and quick action are a perfect reflection of two of our Hospitality Promises: “We anticipate your needs and act accordingly” and “We listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner.”
Tim’s dedication to our residents is evident in the way he consistently responds with care, urgency, and compassion. His observant nature, quick response, and genuine concern for others also reflect another important Hospitality Promise: “We pay attention to details.” Whether recognizing when someone may need help or simply being present and attentive in his daily interactions, Tim helps our residents feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for.
Outside of work, Tim and his wife, Hailey, who were married in August 2021, share their home with their two dogs, Millie and Dixie. In his free time, Tim enjoys camping, fishing, Marvel movies, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts.
Tim embodies what it means to serve others with compassion and purpose, and his positive impact is felt throughout our community. As one team member shared, “Everyone needs a Tim in their life. I’m happy you’re in ours.”
