Dillon Brown, Certified Nursing Assistant in the Pavilion, is a natural leader whose actions consistently reflect a level of maturity, compassion, and responsibility well beyond his years. Since joining Greenwood Village South in February 2025, Dillon has demonstrated what it truly means to live out our Hospitality Promises each and every day.
Dillon does not wait to be asked. He steps forward. Whether responding to staffing needs, supporting his teammates, or ensuring residents receive the highest level of care, he takes genuine ownership of both his role and the wellbeing of those around him. His approach embodies our commitment to creating Extraordinary Impressions through proactive service and thoughtful attention to others.
What truly sets Dillon apart is his heart for residents. In a recent moment that speaks volumes about his character, Dillon encountered a resident who had become disoriented on campus. Without hesitation, he ensured the resident’s safety, provided reassurance, and personally escorted him back home. This was more than a response. It was an act of compassion, dignity, and humanity that created an Extraordinary Impact in a moment that truly mattered.
Dillon’s flexibility and work ethic are exceptional. He willingly serves wherever the need is greatest, across shifts and across units, always showing up with a positive attitude and a deep sense of accountability. His consistency, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond set a powerful example for those around him.
